A great price for a great piece of well made, adaptive equipment. Stacey was very helpful and true to their word held the quoted price in place for us until we secured our funding. Many thanks.

A lift has been ordered and paid for by credit card. The problem is that there is no communication from Med Mart as to when the lift will be received and set up. Any information that has been communicated was by calls made from my daughter to Med Mart. Meanwhile we wait for the lift to arrive and be set up by an installer for which an extra fee was paid. The patient is truly the victim of this lack of communication and delay in delivery.

They returned my call very quickly and researched my wants very quickly and they knew their products so well that there was no confusion about any of the accessories that I wanted. One of the best experiences I have ever had when ordering online.

Good experience so far. I would at this point recommend Med-mart.
