I needed a sit to stand and no idea how they worked. I reviewed my options on the website and found a video that showed exactly what it seemed I needed. I called and spoke with the representative who was very helpful and knowledgeable. The product was delivered in approximately three days as promised.

Being confined to a wheelchair and having this item not measuring 36 inches wide, had to contact a person to have him cut it to 36 inches. Other than that it will work good.
