The process for purchasing the scooter was fast and efficient

We were skeptical of using an online website to order our scooter and lift. Darryl answered all of our concerns and questions and told us about their company. He was Awesome!!! We got our scooter sooner than we expected and we are now looking at wheelchairs since he gained our trust. I would highly recommend this business. Extremely satisfied!

I never opened the box with the strap, and you still did not allow a return. No warning about this, and I am very displeased. I wish I could give ZERO stars, because 1 star is too high.

It was easy to purchase my 4-wheel scooter on line through Med Mart. The description and specs were easy to understand. I also used the "chat" function to answer a few additional questions. Kristen was prompt and provided clarification for me.

I used the Chat feature for some questions and Stacey was very helpful. She answered promptly and said just ask for her if I had any more questions. I did, and she actually was there ! I was so happy to have her help. Looking forward to adding this scooter to Mom’s mobility.

I signed up so I could order my friend ramps for easier access in his house and I woke up to 10 spam emails. That's not why I signed up.

It was great this day and age talking to a real person. The gentlemen that I spoke with was very helpful and allayed my fears of buying the wrong item for my needs. I think his name is Darrall (sp?). I'm a nonagenarian so forgive me if I'm in error. Dj
