Easy to use and order what I needed

I bought the scooter for Mike pool at medmart which the sale went fine but after the sale it seemed like nobody cared if I got a working scooter or not it's been 3 weeks now and I just today got the 2nd new scooter sent to me which I put together and seems to be in fine working order but as far as what's happened over the last 3 weeks the communications are very poor and I don't know that I will be doing business with medmart again I'm sorry but I feel like you guys drop the ball so if somebody wants to get in touch with me about this my number's 5015544589 feel free to give me a call I would love to talk to someone about this issue.

Very happy with my new scooter everything I expected and more There were no instructions or book for assembling but (Not Needed) so easy to put together I like the way it turns very short and the variable speed is very helpful I think I will buy another one then my Wife and I will both have one

Your computer gave your staff member a very hard time. It’s why I call and try not to place orders directly on line. This might have been an isolated incident but you might want to look at it.

I called to order the liteRider envy chair, the lady was very helpful, our order was made with all of the options requested. Can't wait to use the chair in and around our home so looking forward to using it
