I called to order a scooter and needed it in 5 days. The model I had in mind was in California and would not arrive in time. A model that was similar and $1000 less was suggested by the salesperson. I ordered on Tuesday and it arrived in Florida on Thursday. The scooter was perfect and I could not be happier with the service or the product.

It was very easy to order this online. Very happy with how the purchase process went. I went through many chairs before I found what I expect to be the perfect Lift Chair for me!! And after realizing my address was wrong I received a call back from Kristen who fixed everything and was extremely helpful and very nice!!!!!

I called on 9-21 and talked to a man named Frank because i had some questions. That when good but when i had more questions and called that could not reach Frank, so that told me they would give him a message to call me and as of 9 p.m. on 9-22 he still never called me.
