Purchasing was simple and fine. Before purchasing, reached out on chat for questions regarding the extended warranty. Took almost two hours, first chat only answered one question then disconnected, second chat never even connected. Finally called, and got an answer extremely quickly. If not for the phone support, i would have definitely purchased somewhere else.

I was looking for a specific mobility scooter. The price was pretty well locked in place across the internet. Med Mart had the best discount, comparatively, although I do wish it was a bit larger ( especially since delivery will take a month.) Overall fairly simple.
