Worked with Darrell and Stacey. Both excellent. Only issue was calling in it was impossible to get a human or get called back. Couldn't talk to a human all day 9/19. Otherwise Stacey has always recommended the right product for me. Darrell was very good too.

The representative said she was experiencing computer problems and did not seem knowledgeable about her job task. She was not pleasant to deal with. She told me she would change my order to a blue colored scooter since the black was not available. She could not tell me when the blue scooter would be shipped. I feel like I have been flambooseled.

So far I am very happy with the service I have gotten. When it came time for shipment they contacted me to setup a day for delivery, which is great because It could be delivered on a day that I was home. UPS & Fedex tells you when it is going to be delivered so you have to accomadate them.

The only thing that was annoying was being put on hold so many times. The music that was playing was awful.

Best experience with this company.
