This should be a minus million. This company sold us defective bed, not as described. It cost us $895 plus dollars to return the bad merchandise. They sold it to someone else. Sears/Citi is charging us back/plus interest $5,024.30 for the returned bed, with proof. of return. My elderly handicap husband could never use the bed because it was noisy, bumpy, jerky, defective, would not work with Trapeze and poor quality mattress. It was returned after much issue with them. They tried to add more charges by offering a decent mattress to put on the defective bed. RUN. They are horrible people. RN/BSN.

We had some questions when we attempted to order our special chair lift on line. We called and left a message over the weekend and promptly received a return call Monday morning. Mike did an EXCELLANT job of answering all our questions, making recommendations and ordering the chair for us. It was an easy process and handled efficiently. Quick shipping. Lift was well packed. Was fairly easy to assemble, only took me 30 minutes. The directions for assembly seemed to be for a different model but I didn’t really need them. Lift works great. Thanks
