My experience was great because Kristain was there for me each time I needed answers. She was professional, clear, direct, and very humble. I think your company did a great job by hiring people like Kristain, she made me feel so comfortable talking with her, I'm glad I chose Metmart.

My order was shipped to the wrong address by the manufacturer....no fault of Medmart. Medmart offered to have it reshipped, which I agreed too. In the meantime, I had to make the decision to purchase locally because my father was being released early. I didn't read the fine print about the 7-day return policy or the restocking and return shipping fee. The return was refused even though the initial shipping mistake is the reason for the return request.

Everyone was polite and business got done.

The mattress was promptly delivered and is very comfortable. A very good company to deal with!
