We got the 8ft ramp to get a power chair into the back of a suv. When the ramp arrived the packaging was damaged and had been taped up somewhere along the route. Certainly not the fault of PVI. There were some dings and dents on the ramp but since its aluminum they were easy to straighten out. The 8ft ramp is heavy and a bit cumbersome especially when loading or unloading in a parking lot. But it is sturdy. I hooked it over the back of the suv and was easily able to walk up and down it and I weigh quite a bit more than the power chair. It would be nice if it was easier to hook the pieces together but thats what gives it the stability.
