Very user friendly

I am not good at navigating on line ordering. I didn't care if I got same day shipping or not. I couldn't find any way to delete that from my order, so I spent $20 more than I wanted plus the extra time in trying to delete it. Merle McCoid

I recently purchased the hospital bed for my mobile home. I needed a smaller than normal size for a mobile home. I was just by Kristen who was excellent excellent and helping me with choosing what I hope will be the perfect bed. She went above & beyond because I knew nothing about where to even begin. It took several phone calls back and forth as I had a nurse to help me with what I needed my home my daughter her friend who's an RN at our local hospital you know what I dealt with for many years my budget and many other considerations. Plus the necessity that I needed it fairly soon and my own anxiety over just but yes and the chair of the whole thing. Kristen put my mind at ease and was very very understanding of my anxiety and help me choose the perfect bed. So I would recommend her as a representative of your company any day of the week.
