I was sent a previously used scooter that is damaged, missing parts and instructions. I've sent an email with pictures and a list of what we found wrong. I'm requesting a new one, but haven't heard back on this situation. The shipping time was much quicker than I had expected only 3 days to receive it. UPDATE: they sent me another one. This one came better packed, with instructions, nothing broken and it works. I'm pleased with it. Thank you!!

For almost 2 years since my Daughter became disabled, I have found My family dealings with Med Mart has been substandard, Upon delivery of her Bed the Delivery People were not very informative after setting up her bed in her Home, then there was the installation of the wheel chair ramp, still to this day not correctly installed, even after the Service call the person saw that it was crooked and supposedly correct it, it is still not correct, my daughter's wheel chair is heavy at some point I won't be surprise if it collapse, Lastly back in November, 2024 I went into the Warehouse there were 2 Customer Service ladies sitting at their Desk and not one offer any assistance, When I walk over to speak with one of them She was still not very professional or helpful so I turn and walked out, returning just a couple days ago in February 2025, just happen to run into her again so she had no choice but to offer help but not really helpful at all, I did picked out a bed but return the next day to change to another I found on the website, that was a little cheaper, She lied to me about shipping cost. and she gave us a totally dishonest explanation on how the she was discounting the bed. Whereas I did my Homework about who to shop with, it turns out Med Mart was it, I hate this because I simply don't like the way Med Mart has done business with me. Customer Service need to do better.

Stacey Bryant was the sales representative that I worked with for this purchase. I had researched the Victory LX Sport for a few months prior to calling MedMart. She was extremely patient and helpful with all the questions I had. She also gave me the best price for the scooter. I ordered on Monday and it was delivered on Thursday!! It was delivered by R+L Carriers. The delivery driver was very courteous and careful with the handling of my scooter. I have never been more impressed with a purchase experience!!

I called on a Friday, customer service took my order and measurements and my wheel chair was here on Monday. Excellent service!
