We purchased expensive hospital bed and maintenance plan from Medmart. The installation process was a disaster but that's another story. Our bed is now in need of service. Not a problem right? When I called to request service i was told they have partnered with WSR Solutions. told me to call them. I called them. Gave them information. we will have a technician contact you. Wonderful. two weeks later after many calls and texts to them I received NO calls from a technician. Finally on my last call to them I was told we do not provide service in your state. when asked why didn't they tell me that before they said "we were going to call you, you are on our list to call" So I called back to medmart. They were "surprised' they were not told that their "partner" did not service all areas...But no problem we have other Partners, We will have a technician contact you tomorrow. That was a week ago. So Medmart does NOT provide service in all areas. I have a paid maintenance plan and have no service! My recommendation to all hospital buyers "Buy Local" large national companies sell stories not reality. We are currently without a working hospital bed and all Medmart says is we will have someone call you. We have called every local bed company. WE ONLY SERVICE WHAT WE SELL, is all we hear.
