Salesperson, product viva ultra lift chair,control chord too short! Heat massage buttons located I nside left arm,hard to reach,if u bump in middle of night goes on and wakes u up to stop massage on and off noise. Had friend disconnect as noise,massage and heat comes on relentlessly at unwanted times.cant imagine an disability engineer couldnt find a better spot to put these on an otherwise good working chair.they really have to address this obvious bad error in judgment. Now I can't use these features as u have to disconnect the buttons

Darrell F. A service specialist help me in 2020 to order a lift chair for my husband who loved it until he passed away in 2024. I started using the chair after that. But I had a house fire, and I contacted Darrell to help me get a replacement, and he did, call me back and help me get the exact same chair which was very kind of him.
