I bought an important medical equipment specifically from this company (although I had many other companies ready to sell the same item to me) because they PROMISED me a quicker delivery date. Not only did I receive the equipment over a week late, they were ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE when I reached out to them to try to deal with this situation. Never again do I plan on purchasing anything from this company!!

it went very well I wish that I had got the extra battery when I ordered my scooter as I had to pay lot of taxes , get the extra battery when you order your scooter and avoid the tax ( my fault not Med Mart)

The hospital bed I ordered was delivered on Jan. 5, 2026- minus the side rails and mattress but it was corrected with a second delivery on the same day - so it was all good!

I am using the sit-to-stand Hoyer JOURNEY 340 for lifting my wife (from bed, wheelchair, toilet) She has had Parkinson’s for 25 yrs. and can’t stand on her own but can put some weight on her legs. This lift has made my life better as her primary caregiver and has also made it possible for my caregiver helper to give her better care in our home. Also at 79 yrs, lifting her without this help was really taking a toll on my body. I was getting to the point where I couldn’t do it much longer. It was expensive but I have no regrets about the purchase.
