Took over 25 min on hold to get an agent. Was hung up on when I made a criticism! Can "not" transfer a pendant to another person! Separate dept to order another device. Click bait intro saying $39/mo plus one chrg of $100 fr device, then told have to pay fr minimum of 3 mo up front to get the $39/mo rate. Terrible office and customer service policies and staffing! I "won't" buy a 2nd pendant from Med Grd!

First time l used this system it was very helpful. Vertigo was out of control, CSR was deeply concerned. After that, it’s been down hill. They require you to test regularly, l forget, however when l did, there was NO response to the test call. Decided to push HELP button, all l heard for 5 minutes “ emergency call in progress,” NO person responded at all. I’m DONE!

I canceled my account in July of 2022. No refund was sent for the unused portion of the year I paid for, but I was automatically billed for the following year in March, without any notification. I will not use or recommend this company!

Ordered Medical Guardian system for my MIL and DO NOT RECOMMEND. Have not been able to get system setup and working properly. Requested technical support to be sent to home for installation. Eleven phone calls on various dates and times, put on hold 35 minutes and then 49 minutes and again today the CSR, Kat, who answered stayed on the transfer line with me for 6 minutes only to come back and say she was sorry and would escalate the issue to a manager. The call where we were on for over an hour with 49 minutes being on hold, the CSR, Chelsea, was able to determine that we had a LOW BATTERY on the necklace pendant! The pendant we paid extra for to have fall detection and be waterproof! Supposed to have a 2 yr battery life and didn't even have 15 days! How can a "distress" system company run their business like that? You would think they would have their inventory dated and wouldn't send out critical equipment without FULL battery life! Unless things get satisfactorily resolved TODAY, we will be cancelling and requesting FULL refund. We'll see how it goes. AGAIN, I do not recommend this company. By the way, Medical Guardian was the most expensive of the 3 we interviewed but their sales person, Robert, was the easiest to understand and work with initially. Have been unable to reach him since our payment information was taken.

I have never had a more difficult experience with any company. The two phones (one called defective) that were sent to me would not pick up a signal. They kept resetting the watches and I was finally told there was no signal after threes weeks into having the phone, and over ten hours, dealing with staff, supervisors and technician. I should have been told this weeks before my surgery. It was good I did not have to call with an emergency. After other's reviews I am wondering if they will refund my money as they promised. Nothing has worked so far.

MEDICAL GUARDIAN is an unethical company. I don’t have any services with them but they recently made mistake and sent an emergency notification to my address and resulted in thousands of dollars in damages. After contacting them multiple times they never have records of my complaint/calls and the manager named BARBARA is refusing to talk to me after she told a representative that she will call me to follow up with the mistake they did. I will recommend everyone not to leave your family’s safety in the hands of this unethical company. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!!!!!

This company is the worst. I’ve tried to cancel my account twice with no success. Why is it so hard to cancel an account. I hope they read this since they cannot seem to help me via phone or email.

Medical Guardian is a scam. I paid for this device and when my parent died. They continually charged me. WE CANCELED repeatedly and they continually said, we have to sign a letter that they would send, which they would never send, email ...they know they are scamming people.
