Service is easy to use and very reliable. Feel much safer in my home.

When I accidently push the medical guardian button, I immediately receive a call from their service. Once I accidently hit the button and missed the return call from them. As they will tell you if they can't contact you, they will send ambulance and medical personnel to assist you. That happened to me once and I answered the door to find an ambulance and medical people responding to my lack of communication. They say this is one of their services and they followed through. I speak from experience; they do what they say they will.

He helped me get my granddaughter downstairs where I was as to help me. He was very nice and was not going to leave until I got help.

Other than Charging my Medical Guardian

It's easy to use and reliable.

I bought this for my mother. It has provided us both with a sense of security. Knowing she can get help at the push of a button makes us both sleep better. She dropped the button and they called to make sure she was ok (she has fall protection). The button is very light weight so it does not pull on the neck. Perfect little button! I highly recommend this product.
