Once the button was pushed response was immediate. My Dad had the helpnhe needed at the house within minutes of pusging the button.

This company is so helpful and courteous, but most of all you can count on them every time. It is so comforting to know that they are there. My children feel better too that I am being watched over. One fall can change everything but one push of the button and you are already ahead of the problem.

Using the device was easy and worked well. When our mother went into a nursing home, it took me months to cancel our service. Turns out you have to sign and return a Medical Device Cease and Desist letter. Nobody told me this for several months. So, each month I would get billed again, call and be told my account was now canceled. Finally, I was told to sign, scan and return the letter. I don't know how to scan, so I asked if I could fax it. I was given a fax number, and I faxed the signed letter. Then, I was billed again. I called and was told there was no fax machine in their department and they didn't receive the letter. So, I signed another letter and sent it in the mail. Then, I was billed again. I called and the customer service representative told me they hadn't received the letter. She looked into my file and discovered a note that said they had received the faxed letter from 2 months ago. She said my account is now canceled and I will receive a refund for the last 2 months. We will see if this is the end or if I will still be billed and told to send the Cease and Resist letter. So the product is great, but there is something very wrong with the department that deals with handling people trying to cancel their account.
