This company is horrible and the sad thing is they deal mostly with elderly people. I tried the service out for a year a bought all the extras, watch and everything for my mother who is 85. She did not use it. They called me about renewing and i explained to them i was not and I have all the equipment and will contact them if I want to start up again. They have been hounding me and now they sent a collections letter to my 85 year old mother that had nothing to do with the order and almost gave her a stroke!! Her address was ONLY used to ship equipment to. I called to let them know and they keep hanging up on me or transferring me to VM. It's all a scam and the WORST customer service I have EVER experienced. They are plenty of other companies that provide this service. Shop around. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I only gave them 1 star because i had to in order to get this post on to try to warn people. They do not care. It's all a SCAM. Look for other services. I will try to get to a news station next. I do not want anyone else mother to get a scare like this.

Ease of operation

I am writing to express my utmost disappointment with the level of customer service I received during my recent interaction with your company. Unfortunately, the entire experience left a negative impression, and I feel compelled to share my concerns. I requested a cancellation immediately, since my mother no longer needed the service. I saw a charge of over 300 dollars to my account for lost device. After almost a year I saw another $258 charge in my account. Reason for another charge is they haven’t received paperwork to cancel. Now last year I mailed the release form. Today, I received voice mail from medical guardian which charges will be there & there is nothing we can do?? For one year we did not have an active account you charged me 300 dollars for your lost device & now this! During the entire interaction, I did not feel valued as a customer. The dismissive attitude and lack of empathy from both the representative and supervisor were truly disheartening.

Pressed alert button....voice on line....asked what was wrong....Ineeded ambulance. notified family. ambulance and family arrived same time .....went to ER

I had the most attentive and helpful customer service with Adam. The day I reached out we were on the phone and the item was in the mail by the end of day. The process was explained clearly and everything was handled with professionalism, compassion and confidence. Highly recommended the company and product.

Efficient; competency

Works great for my elderly father. Puts me ease knowing he has something on him if he should ever need fast immediate attention.

Don’t waste money! They r scam! And rude !
