Thankfully I have not had to use my mini Guardian but I feel safe and secure knowing that there is someone I can talk to for help in an emergency. This company is very helpful with any questions I have and everything is done fast. I am very satisfied with my mini Guardian and the company

Everybody is very nice. The string on my new necklace is too short.

I would give them less(stars) if that was an option. My mom fell 2x in the last 5 days. The device never activated. I dropped it on purpose, right after her last fall, it did activate , so this device was properly charged. Several weeks ago, the device "necklace" part broke. (it's made of plastic). I called and told them about the break, they told me to send, the broken device back and they would send me a new device. They also reminded me to include the devices invoice, which I did. Since that interaction, I have received at least 5 phone calls and 2 emails asking for the broken device to be sent back. WHICH I HAD DONE Already! When I reminded them, that the device, was in fact sent back, by the end of EVERY call, they ALL(representatives) APOLOGIZE and say "Oh I do see that the device was returned, I'm sorry for the confusion". But today.. I got 2 emails from them saying the same thing . with a huge bill amount saying the device was not returned. I called to cancel my subscription today. I spoke to the NASTIEST REPRESENTATIVE in the world! SHe managed to help but not without giving me her a-- to kiss. MEDICAL GUARDIAN is so bad on every level DONT DO IT!!!. DO NOT "BUY" DO NOT "SUBSCRIBE" OR "ORDER" MEDICALGUARDIAN!! AND I DIDN"T GET MY MONEY BACK AFTER ALL THEY PUT ME AND MOM THROUGH

I would give them less if possible. My mom fell several times and the unit didn't work. She was transported by ambulance for a concussion after one fall. One of the pendants batteries expanded so bad it split the pendant and they made me buy insurance to replace it. After another fall and new pendant not working I canceled and they still billed me over $700 and I have not got a refund. This is my experience with this company and I personally would not recommend doing business with them.

Just knowing I will have assistance when needed. I do need to replace the lanyard as it broke off the part with the button. Thank you! Debbie Thomsen
