Customer service has been very helpful in me getting started and acquainted with the system. Haven't had to use it but it gives a good sense of security to both me and my family.

Helpful and patient folks! A great experience all the way around. I thought getting my 90 year old mom to wear her MG much less keep it charged and test it periodically was going to be a high hurdle. Not at all!! The MG team made it easy!!

This company is totally ridiculous. You have to charge the device every other day. What they promote is not what they do. I am a sick woman and they trick you give you two devices.And than want to charge you for the second device. I do not recommend this company very unreliable. I plan on reporting to the BBB as soon as I get the chanch

If this is for someone you love do NOT get it. My neighbor who was like my mom got one and told me and another neighbor that we will be her contact for emergency. On February 12 we both received a call from a random area code number, since there are so many scams neither of us answered. A few minutes after the call I received a VM and checked it and ran to her house. She was unresponsive and not breathing, I had to try to call 911 and do chest compressions. A week later she passed away. If the number that called me was labeled medical guardian or a 1800 number I would of answered right away. I would have been to her house in a minute not 5. Than yesterday I received a call regarding her open account even though you were told she passed. I mentioned how it was a random number that called on the day and your company said ya a computer just calls. You failed Pat Green R.I.P

My mom cancelled her service in July. She sent in all the requested paperwork. Multiple times the said they never received it. Finally, they sent her a package to return the necklace. She never received her refund. November they send her a new bill. Contacted them again for refund and they said they never received the necklace in their own packaging. Never tried to track it. My mom called again and filled out paperwork online with a Medical Guardian rep. Now the still say they haven’t received it. They refuse to give my mom her refund. Horrible customer service and no way to treat a customer. Would never recommend them. Another company taking advantage of the elderly.
