Everyone I have talked to was very helpful and knowledgeable. I recently ordered the wrist alert button unit and was very excited about it. I was told it would arrive in 7 to 10 days, my unit arrived 3 days after I ordered it!! I am very pleased with it!!

Fortunately, I have not experienced an emergency need, but I have had two equipment issues over the years. One was resolved on the first phone call by the tech staff. Another time I misplaced my device and a replacement was sent overnight with a prepaid form to return the original if it was found (which it was). Staff is always courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient. (Date is estimated)

They stand ready. Billing is simple. This is insurance that brings peace of mind. Fortunately, my wife had not had a fall, but it is nice knowing Medical Guardian is there if needed.

I bought this "service" back in November for my mother who had fallen a few times in the past. Wearing this device she fell an laid on the floor bleeding for 2 hours until I got home. So the device doesn't work I can understand that but when I called them to get the device replaced they tried to charge me for a faulty device. To make things worse when I tried to cancel they have you jump through hoops to cancel anything.. Fast forward 3 months from the time I tried to cancel.. I have had multiple phone calls to them and provided tracking that they have the device in their possession and now they are telling me it'll take 30 business days to get this cancelled.. Why? In the meantime I've been getting billed every month for a service I don't use and a device I don't even have! I've been through a couple different companies in the past for this type of service and this is by far the worst all around

While the service is adequate in nature, it is all telling when init is time to cancel the service your on wait for 15 min and they feel it is your responsibility to tell them why you are cancelling. I do not need to tell you anything please just cancel the service it is no longer required!!! Beware!!!

I gave two stars so you would be willing to read. Use another company . Medical guardian lacks consistency when you call. There is no such thing as a call back supervisor. Therr is a fair amount of time spent troubleshooting issues and they changed my service from Verizon to at and t without asking or telling me. I was told connection was bad and to call 911. That is just the start. I really just want to feel safe. I got it after four months in hospital and brain surgery from fall. Go somewhèe else l. I think they coast on a reputation unearned.

I got this for my friend who lives alone and has Alheimer's early stage. He wore the device for almost three years and then refused to wear it. I called and cancelled the service on November 10, 2023. My credit card company kept paying them regardless of my instructions. Finally, the credit company refunded me three months worth and demanded the money back from Medical Guardian. MG is now harassing me via phone calls and email to pay them. Letters written to headquarters go unanswered. This is definitely dishonest and gouging business practice. The device has been unplugged since November 2023 so they are not owed any money for service.
