My husband has been using Medical Guardian for at least 9 month now. He is using the watch. During this time he has received probably 20 wrong alerts. Saying he has fallen. One of the most resent he was not even wearing the watch and it was in the charger. Most frustrating is I can not get anyone to call me back. I have left 2 messages and no call back yet. Very frustrated.

I noticed 7-10 days ago that my device wasn't showing steps, amount of power left, etc. I even dropped it on purpose and itdid not send out an alarm. I called for assistance and got a fantastic lady to help me. She did and said I needed a new device and would send it right away. Received it in 3 days and again I was connected to a very patient lady that helped me get reconnected to the new device. All is well again. Hope I never have to use it but feel confident it will give me help if needed. GOOD insurance.

I have a broken back and was released from hospital with no way home which was far away. I pushed the button on my medical Guardian. I asked the medical Guardian operator to call a friend, my Son and Daughter in law. She did call. My friend picked me up using thr Medical Guardian GPS. It was extremely hot 🔥 and I really needed the help.

First the medical guardian alert has allowed my mom to live in her home for the past 7 years. Could not have done it without her pendant. Second, the customer service team, from the professionals who respond to an alert to the sales team are skilled and caring. They understand the life changing impact they have on their clients (and families). 5 Stars is not enough!
