I chose Medical Guardian, for my husband, after researching several different providers; and asking friends and family members , who are in the medical field, for recommendations. Medical Guardian is the name that came up most frequently. When I called to get more information, I was met with friendly, helpful service and, any time I’ve had a question, I could call their customer service number, and got the same service. It is easy for my husband to use, and is set up so that, even if he falls and can’t press the button himself, the call center is notified. I highly recommend Medical Guardian to all my friends who need this support.

My wife has had a Medical Guardian Monitor for over five years. On many occasions when she feel the device noted it and I was able to care for her immediately. Without that noted emergency it could have been a serious crisis. It has never failed and gives us great peace of mind.

Just knowing there is “someone there” in an emergency is a Blessing. The one time that I hit the button by accident the folks at Guardian were very understanding.

The Guardian pendent is easy to use. The magnet clasp attached securely. I wear it out side my top when I am alone and inside my top when with family . If it goes off accidently, a voice tells me how to cancel the call. Having it so accessible gives me a sense of security.
