The mini works fine, I have had no problems with it. I do wear it every day and my family says it gives them peace of mind. I have hit it a couple of times accidently and have gotten an immediate response and was able to cancel However, I do wish I had gotten the watch instead. I may try a watch a little later. It is hot in Texas and I spend a lot of time outside and the neck cord gets pretty sweaty.

So far have not had occasion to need support, no falls. It’s comforting to know I’m being monitored.

I didn’t want to have a device originally, but since my husband of 53 years died, my children insisted. I am so glad they did! I feel MUCH safer in my home knowing that I can get help quickly if needed. You have made this 77 year old’s life much easier!

Any time I have called I’ve had immediate response and rescue. Amazing!

Knowing that my developmentally disabled brother has his Medical Guardian on at all times, whether at home or out and about, gives me peace of mind that if he were to fall or have some other issue, help is readily available and accessible. That peace of mind is invaluable!
