pendant goes off ambulance sent to wrong location
My pendant was bumped on my shopping cart and I did not here Medical Guardian calling me. They dispatched the ambulance to my house instead of my location at the grocery store. I have GPS locating on mine, so the ambulance should have been sent to my actual location. They have respond with in a minute every time I have accidently hit the button. My only concern is the ambulance being sent to the wrong location. had this been an actual emergency there would have been a delay in get them to my location.

opinion to date
No problems with device. Belt clip is hard to engage; tight tolerance. Would not light up when inserted in charger. Several tries and it finally did. Are the contacts an issue? Device alerted operator due to pressure on button on left belt side when sitting. While watching TV did not hear operator for a few moments wondering where the voice was coming from.

Have not needed so far.
It is very hard to review something if it has not been used. So far I have had no issues where I have needed to call on Medical Guardian.

Fantastic
I rate Medical Guardian to the highest degree for the products offered and the personnel who respond and service it. Very professional and they ensure that you understand how to use each part. It provides a great peace of mind to those who live alone and are vulnerable.

Our Mobile Guardian experience has been great.
We have not had to use the alarm yet, but our Mobile Guardian experience has been great. From our inquiry of the alarm features and cost to the final decision to purchase our salesman (Joe) was very informative, knowledgeable amd most importantly patient. When the device came in the technician who assisted me with set up and testing was also very patient and helpful. Hopefully we will not need to push the button but I feel confident when the need arises they will be there for us
