Fortunately, my mother hasn’t needed her device for an emergency. She wears her pendant at all times unless it’s charging. The representatives I encountered during the purchase, setup and follow-up were courteous and very helpful. I never felt rushed or that my questions or concerns were a bother. I especially like the testing feature on the device. The key lock box and the personal information card (on her refrigerator) are extra bonuses that give us more peace in case of an accident. These devices are poorly made, they only use cellular the first device the smart watch the bank is awkward for a senior as well. WhenI was testing through the speaker I could barely understand them. The MG Mini was overnighted however I. The test the watch band broke and again the voice is garbled. Now the cost over $500 a year for monitoring expensive. The ones around your neck and clip on the belt might work. You have to weigh the cost. Commercials lie the use enhances microphone. Remembering the one one I have fallen and can't get up. These tiny speakers are barely audible. Returning both tomorrow and cancelling and requesting a refund of my initial cost

Excellent for peace of mind for myself and my children (got them off my back). However, over the past several years it's missed several hard falls and called police/emergency a half dozen times when there was no problem. I believe these are caused by newer technology and are not a problem with either personnel or the company's basic operation.

For over 1 years we continue to pay full price for one of two parents service. One of which we still cannot get to work and have repeatedly asked for help to resolve and as of today still not working designed. Whole we believe in MG's business model if we do not get resolution soon will ask for full refund and have to seek other service
