Please do not order anything from this company. Their business practices are suspect at best. I ordered a pricey cabinet 6 months ago, and only received the cabinet but not the base it sits on. I was told it shipped a couple of months ago and haven’t received it. The same thing happened with a mirror I ordered. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.

What a horrible experience. I ordered two items (a small framed picture and a large canvas artwork piece) in May 2021. Shipping date kept getting pushed back due to framing for the little piece being unavailable. They did not attempt to go ahead and send the large, main item. Months go by and I keep getting the run around. They eventually sent me other frame options for the small piece which were not on par with the original so I elected to wait for that frame to return with the promise that it would be only a few weeks. Meanwhile, after ~ 8 months of waiting the large piece is 'discontinued' but suddenly they were able to send me one despite still waiting on the small piece (why did this not occur months ago?). Large piece arrived in TERRIBLE damaged condition for the price I paid. They could not send a replacement because it was now 'discontinued'. Got a refund for the large piece and now here we are 11 months after the order and I'm still waiting on the small piece. Last month they supposedly mailed the small piece but 'it got lost in the mail' and now its backordered AGAIN until June (13 months post original order for a small piece). Ridiculous liars.

Bought a console and had a great experience so i bought a very expensive cabinet for $3k. It was backordered but eventually arrived to a facility 20 miles from me. And there it sat for FOUR MONTHS. I went back and forth with McGee & co and the company they were using to deliver it but they hired a delivery company that didn’t have the equipment to deliver the product. We went back and forth and i tried everything to find a resolution, asked if they could hire a different third party, before McGee and co just cancelled the order on me. So now I’ve been out my money for almost 5 months and wasted tons of time & energy don’t have a cabinet to show for it and am back to square 1. I live in the Bay area where there’s plenty of warehouses and delivery companies so it shouldn’t have been this difficult. Their products are beautiful but they need to invest in supply chain and business ops. Their customer service didn’t seem to care about creative solutions to help me get the product I paid for and paid an arm and a leg for white glove delivery for

I’m thankful I only stuck a toe in with a small purchase… I am so disappointed with the items I purchased… I order 2large wicker baskets they are made of plastic and smell … soo disappointed… got 2more small accessories… both junk … would never have looked at them twice in a store had I seen them … glad I didn’t splurge on a large item … won’t shop with McGheeandco again

I wanted to purchase one of their chairs and I saw 3 of 6 that I wanted to purchase were available. They would not sell me 6 until the other 3 arrived. By that time (which was just a couple weeks later), the sale promo code had ended and they would not honor the price. I find this to be a deceptive sales tactic.

I ordered a rug online. You cannot shop in store because that is not an available option. It was beautiful but the colors were wrong. It is sometimes hard to shop colors online. You loose a lot of money returning it. I paid 789.70 and will receive back 573.19 They are an expensive store. And they are not customer friendly. The only way to reach them is by email or by online chat. As I have been trying to return my purchase I continually receive a message that says not eligible for return. I am told it is to soon? That adds to the stress. Not being able to resolve a purchase timely. So cost, unavailable customer service, struggling to be-able to return my item. It isn’t a good experience. It’s really been a burden.

I received my sideboard furniture damaged and it has been over two months since I reported it and they’ve been telling me for over two months that they will come pick it up and still have not done so. During this two months I received this piece of artwork that I ordered completely destroyed and missing the protective glass panel. What is going on with this company??

Ordered THOUSANDS of dollars worth of furniture from them and have no idea when or where most of my items are. Hesitant to cancel my orders at this point after having waited 8+ months to receive my furniture. The shipping and logistics side of this company is a complete joke. I could write three pages on the various experiences I've had trying to schedule delivery of my furniture. My advice is to find the furniture you want elsewhere (since they tend to sell the exact same items as other design companies, just under a different product name - try google image search). You might pay a little more, but it will be worth it to buy from literally ANYONE else. I will never buy one thing from them ever again, not even at Target.
