After following the care instructions on a rug I purchased, I ran into some issues. I reached out to McGee & Co., and their customer service team was incredibly responsive and helpful. They not only addressed my concerns quickly but also offered me full store credit for the rug. This level of customer service has truly restored my faith in the company, and I will continue to shop with confidence. Their willingness to help has made a loyal customer out of me!

I’ve purchased from McGee & Co. for years, and recently I had an order with an issue that needed attention. What stood out to me most was not the problem itself, but the way the company chose to show up once I reached someone who could help.
