Update: Customer Service worked diligently to resolve my issue after the initial email exchange. I greatly appreciate their efforts and thankful we were able to reach a satisfactory resolution! Original Review Below: I would give McGee and Co 0 stars if I could. I purchased 4 counter stools that were shown to have woven seats but received chairs that look like cheap plastic. Customer service told me this was normal variance even though I provided pictures showing how different it actually was. They also indicated that furniture was final sale regardless. I guess I shouldn’t be surprised that returns aren’t accepted when they blatantly know that their products are different than shown AND are ultimately terrible quality for the prices charged. I will never buy McGee and Co again. Please learn from my mistake and trust all these negative reviews to save yourself from dealing with their customer service and ultimately save your hard earned money!

Between my partner and I, we ordered $10,000 worth of furniture from this company. We have been waiting several months and still have nothing. Their customer service is HORRIBLE. For months, they sent an automated message asking us to hang tight. Then they started scheduling delivery and canceling each time. We still don’t have a solid date when they’ll deliver. They say it can keep changing. This has been by far the worse experience ordering furniture… and we have ordered from a lot of other places in the last two years.

I don’t get it.. this company seems so reputable, and their designs are so beautiful…. But the way they treat their customers is just yuck. I ordered a pendant light that I later realized wasn’t that great (both size and quality were of concern to me), I initially paid $26 dollars for shipping (which is ridiculous if you ask me and defeats the purpose of doing “sales” where you end up paying way over what you expect at checkout), anyways, I thought I would at least be refunded full amount when I decided to submit a return for that item.. Nope! They charged me $26 for shipping AGAIN, plus some restocking fee of $36 that I’ve never heard of and never had to pay at any other store. I ended up losing $62 just because their product sucked, basically. Needless to say, I’m so disappointed in Mcgee & Co.. I just discovered the brand and absolutely loved their designs.. but business and customer service is not their strong suit.. they should just stick to Pinterest.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! For investment pieces such as these, I expected customer service to be far better. I bought a $2,000 dresser from them, only for it to come with the drawers jammed, and not opening well at all. Instead of sending a furniture repair person, or offering a replacement, they are having me, the customer, find a repairman. Unacceptable. I ordered a product that was suppose to come functional, it did not, so it should not be on me, as the customer, to fix the problem. Listen to the other 70+ one star reviews & avoid McGee and Co.

This company has been an utter and complete disappointment. For how expensive their items are- their customer service should be exceptional- however, this company has the absolute worst customer service i have Yet to deal with. I ordered 2 Goodman pendant lights- and McGee and co sent 1 incorrect pendant light. Both lights were to be bronze with white on the inside- and they sent 1 with white on the inside and another with gold on the inside. I contacted McGee & co 2 days after the 30 day window. Unfortunately, it fell over Memorial Day weekend when the electrician was hanging the lights that we noticed. McGee and co sent a very brief email response back saying that was nothing they could do for their wrong doing because I was 2 days out of the 30 days window. I didn't Want a refund- i simply wanted to send back the incorrect shade they sent me and receive the correct shade i should've Had in the first place. Most of their stuff is sourced from other vendors. Save your money- and go else where! This was 1200 down the drain on something that was incorrect from the time of shipping on their behalf!

I received a rug that was defective and I immediately set up and return. They received the rug 22 days ago and have yet to refund me the over 1K I am owed stating they need “confirmation from the claims department.” I have the tracking, the rug was delivered. I will never order anything from McGee again.

BUYER BEWARE! I purchased a furniture item March 2022. Their third party shipper, Werner, communicated multiple times it was scheduled to be delivered. It never arrived and neither Werner nor Studio McGee could confirm where the item was. After waiting another month, with no updates, I asked to be fully refunded. Studio McGee claimed to file the refund and one week later, no refund received. I followed up and Studio McGee said the refund was filed as a “claim” and it could take an additional 1-2 weeks for approval… Studio McGee, you owe me money. Please listen to your customers and be better!

Terrible experience with this company, just like so many others. Waited months for the Antoni Dining table, then waited another month while it sat at a warehouse 40 min away, then upon delivery found out the legs were not delivered with the table. After chatting with the delivery guys, we found out that 10 other tables were shipped without legs. TEN! So it was not just our bad luck. The options were to wait for another order (4-6 weeks AGAIN, but who knows at this point) or request a refund. We opted for the latter, we could not stomach giving this company our money (nearly $7k) after the utter and complete failure at all levels. AVOID MCGEE AND CO. AT ALL COSTS.
