For active Matterport accounts, invoices are available in Matterport Cloud and can be downloaded by the Account Owner or Billing Contact under Settings → Billing. Invoices are generated online when subscription renewals or usage‑based services occur, and you can also review detailed usage directly in your account. If your account is no longer active, our Support team is happy to help retrieve past invoices if needed. We understand how important easy access to billing records is—especially for customers who subscribe as needed—and your feedback helps us continue to improve. Thank you for being a Matterport user.
