I have a VISA, they don't support it because changes of VISA a year ago, so i did get a american express for second payment worked ok, now again problems with payment and they don't react on mails, phone a answering machine. last time try a bank transfer, but there payment gate way hase problems why shut i then do manual payment, now i get payment error pay or we close your account , so i did try VISA and american Express both a error and both cards work over all the world only not at matterport. and still no answer of them Maybe they react now afther leaving a comment here SUPPORT? what support, the do not react on mails, chat is only for if you want to buy i gues i know why to many complains and they need huderds of chat people to help every one

My company have tried for month to get Matterport to change their bill so we could pay it. They closed our account, even thoug I wrote to them that there was problems with their bill, and we needed them til answar our finans department. They have know ignored us for month, and we still do not have acces to our account, and all the projects. I'll recomend everyone not to use this compagny. All your project will be theirs, and when they close your account and have no intention at all to help you, you are in problems. Find a solution where you own youre captures, instead of relying on an absolute amateur of af copany.

Absolut aufdringliche, unangenehme Werbung. Würde keinen Stern geben, aber geht leider nicht.

Absolutely disgraceful company to deal with. Read this and all other reviews and STAY AWAY. If you need a 3D camera for your business, purchase it elsewhere! After purchase support for repairs is disgraceful, assuming they respond to your enquiries/plea for help. They have been sending me private details of a company I am not associated with. I've informed them 3 times and it continues. The list goes on. Don't do it!

Ho ricevuto dalla Matterport un kit composto dalla fotocamera pro2 e 3 accessori ; solo la camera corrisponde all’ordine inviato ; ho chiesto subito dopo acquisto di restituire in Olanda (da dove è stata spedita la merce) l’intero set, ma il “servizio clienti “ vuole farmi spedire tutto in California a mezzo corriere assicurato al costo di 300€! In pratica mi hanno fatto pagare quasi 500€ per articoli non conformi all’ordine e mi chiedono di spenderne 300 per restituirli . Posso inviare a chiunque nutrisse dubbi copie dell’ordine / fattura ed email scambiate con supporto clienti.

The customer service was horrible and my experience owning the rights to anything was such a let down finding out they own the RIGHTS to all of the content we film with the product they sell us... that's right you can only utilize the data if you PAY a monthly sub forever. They own your information ALL OF IT. You buy the camera, you do the work, they keep the data. That is the end of the story. It is 2021 this tech is common now and they will not be the tech giant they are hoping to be.

Terrible customer service, they have been charging my account even after I cancelled and are refusing to both refund my account and are refusing to delete my account. I’ve put a hold on my bank account to attempt to stop the charges and have contacted consumer affairs to investigate. The product is ok but as soon as you need customer support to fix something they won’t. I do not recommend you giving any of your bank account details to the Matterport company as you might find yourself in the same situation.
