What a great company to deal with!
I ordered my second message chair from this company. I reached out to them, chatted with Sophie the same person I was in contact with during our first purchase. I told her I wanted the best they offered. She directed me to a message chair, not the most expensive, not the cheapest. I am totally thrilled with the chair. Sophie helped me non stop with the purchase. Dealing with multiple questions, comparisons I did using AI. All kept leading back to the chair she recommended.
