Customer service was very helpful. I was frustrated that the dress I ordered for my daughter was not going to arrive on time, for my child’s birthday. They were able to have the item expedited.

Maisonette may have cute and exclusive kids items, but don’t waste your time thinking you’ll actually get good customer service here. Since they partner with brands, they aren’t the direct shipper for anything you purchase, and they won’t guarantee that you’ll actually receive what you order. I purchased four items earlier this month, only received 3 of 4 things, and am now being told that FedEx denied my claim because it was delivered. A blatant lie that it was delivered because I was at home during the delivery time stamp and received nothing from FedEx. The paperwork that they claim provides proof of delivery doesn’t even have my address on it, so there’s no telling where the package actually is and the company doesn’t care whatsoever. I’ve talked to at least four representatives who claim that because FedEx denied my claim there’s nothing they can do. Of course FedEx denied the claim! They’re the carriers that lied in the first place. They are offering me a 10% discount because of my troubles, which is even more insulting. Why would I want 10% off from a company that won’t do anything if I don’t actually receive my order. Now I’m actively complaining about my experience on social media and filing a dispute with paypal until I get my money back. I really liked their website but I refuse to order anything ever again.

Customer service is terrible. Use the site to find things that you like and then search for the item elsewhere. It'll be cheaper and you'll get better service.

We had ordered a mirror that arrived damaged and Maisonette was completely helpful and understanding. They had a replacement on its way in less than 1 week and I would greatly recommend them.
