The merchandise looks cute on their website -but the company treat customers badly. They are a clearing house and take no responsibility for their goods shipped. I returned a child"s dress that was terribly made. They refunded my item cost paid, but charged me $14 for shipping and returning it. When I contacted customer service and explained it had been returned because it was cheaply and badly made, all they did was send me a link to their FAQ page. I will never order from a company that treats me so impersonally and badly. Quick to take my money quick to deflect any responsibility. I suggest you avoid them and buy from companies that care about what they sell and who have human beings in customer service .

Hi there, Thank you for taking the time to leave this review. We truly apologize that you were not fully satisfied with your recent order. While we are happy to offer a 30-day return policy for eligible items, our policy does state that shipping fees cannot be refunded unless your purchase arrived damaged or defective. Again, we truly apologize for the inconvenience. Please reach out if we can assist further. - Team Maisonette

I had a terrible time with the guest checkout. It charged my card via PayPal but didn’t place the order. Turns out I wasn’t charged tax or shipping, so the price was much higher. The customer service was awful. I did a second order (not via guest checkout) and the costume arrived. ($15 more expensive) It was absolutely gorgeous though. My daughter looks like a butterfly princess!!!!

A part was missing from my purchase. I contacted Maisonette…that day I received a response and they would rectify my issue. Two days later my missing part was in the mail, tracking included. Honestly, Maisonette customer care was the best experience I’ve had. Their emails were timely, well written…totally professional. Other companies should take notice.

When I received my package on Sept 9th, it had been ripped and taped back up. Two items were missing. I emailed customer service, pictures and on Monday Sept 12th they sent me the 2 missing items. Outstanding service.
