I hate to even write a negative review on a company I believed in! But, purchased an adorable backpack for my daughter. The entire water bottle holder ripped almost immediately. I wrote to customer service asking for a different backpack. They wrote back and asked me for photos. After sending them, they told me they can’t replace the backpack because it was used! Unfortunately, I will only shop at places I can trust, and, Maisonette- I can’t trust you. Spend more money at a company that can back up their products!

My package ended up lost and the company completely refused to help in any sort of way. They told me because UPS wasn’t able to file a claim for me, then they could not honor any kind of refund or even store credit. I’m out of over $200 dollars as well as the items that i purchased. This was my first time purchasing also, and I did not think it would be my last but unfortunately it is my last. Horrible business practice. They do not care about their customers. They make hundreds of thousands of dollars but would rather lose several customers because they do not want to help. They didn’t offer store credit or a coupon. Basically told me to respectfully go away. I’m very disappointed. Won’t be shopping with them again.

I am very pleased with my purchase from Maisonette. My order arrived very promptly and when I reached out to customer service, they were quick to respond with a nice note. I recommend them highly.

The toy I ordered was for my granddaughters 1st birthday came broken. So I took a picture of it, sent them an email and someone got back to me right away. They informed me they would be shipping me a new toy right away. I received it the next day. I would definitely be ordering again.

Very helpful and fast service!

I've had such a great experience with Maisonette, especially their customer service team who was so quick to answer my phone (didn't have to wait on hold with little kids running around!) I had an issue using 2 promo codes, and they were extremely helpful and quick in placing my order for me- they were able to see what was in my cart by just using my email address. I didn't have to repeat all of the items in my order to create a new one which was so seamless. It was extremely quick and painless, and so happy I called! Thank you, Maisonette, I'll be back!

Wonderful, kind and concise!

I purchased an item in January 2022. Realized in September 2022 I hadn’t been refunded. Called Maisonette and was I formed the item had been received and recalled. They would reach out to Asweets, their partner brand, to follow up with refund. I wasn’t refunded because the UPS tracking number is valid for 120 days. I’m now out the money and the item I purchased. Poor business practices.
