Basic customer service. They will follow up on your order status with their vendors but, since they don’t seem to warehouse all of their product, they take zero accountability for fulfilling communicated ship dates or appeasing customers that reach out with issues. In my opinion, not worth the potential hassle if you can get the same product somewhere else.

I found the customer service lacking. Ordered a dress - it went on sale not even 24 hours later and they would do nothing. Anyone else would give you a coupon or something. And the dress ran very small - not noted - so I asked to exchange the size and they would not do anything since it was final sale. But they did not indicate the sizing issue on the website. I would not use this site again. It's telling they don't even have a phone number. Buyer beware. Although reviews were good for me customer service is key- on a dress for more than $100!

Two stars for having a nice selection of goods for kids. The second you need anything from them, however, their customer service disappears. They were 5 days late prepping my order for shipping. No biggie. I reach out and say "please ship 2-day so I still get it in time." Crickets. For 5 more days. By the time they responded, the item had been shipped regular mail and would be too late to be useful for me. They apologized and asked if there's anything they could do. I say, disappointing but fine, I'll just return. Then I get the item and they say they won't allow a return on it because it's final sale. So I remind them of their "anything we can do" offer from earlier and they ghost. Literally no response. I ask again, "You're really not going to help me?" Silence. So they're late on everything and now I'm out $150. I'm dying to not use Amazon but this kind of experience makes it really hard to support a place like Maisonette. They're all cute and sweet until you need something, then they're nowhere to be found.

I received damaged gift wrap from Maisonette over five weeks ago. Since that time, I have tried repeatedly to have the paper replaced (initially) or credited back to my card. I have had to move on with other holiday wrap and have repeatedly requested my card be credited. The only responses I receive are scripted ones stating someone will be in touch with me within two business days. This has yet to happen. It has been over 5 weeks and the matter is still unresolved. Update: I have received reimbursement for the damaged items. This was a disappointing, lengthy and frustrating experience.

This site offers wonderful products, however their delivery/shipping is very slow, even when selecting expedited shipping for $30. In addition, I accidentally placed a duplicate order when updating my credit card. Within minutes, I requested a cancellation for the duplicate, I was told it was not possible, because the orders go strait into the process. However, even with paying $30 for expedited processing and delivery, the 2 orders show ready, but have not been shipped, 4 days after the order was placed. This is a great store that needs much improvement in their customer service and shipping/delivery process.

I hate to even write a negative review on a company I believed in! But, purchased an adorable backpack for my daughter. The entire water bottle holder ripped almost immediately. I wrote to customer service asking for a different backpack. They wrote back and asked me for photos. After sending them, they told me they can’t replace the backpack because it was used! Unfortunately, I will only shop at places I can trust, and, Maisonette- I can’t trust you. Spend more money at a company that can back up their products!

Do not buy the Maison Me brand. Shrunk 2 sizes in the wash. Absolutely ridiculous. My daughter wore it once, it was slightly big, I washed it and now it doesn’t fit.

Loved the products but customer service has been horrible. I have tried reaching out three times (and called with no one to answer or leave a voicemail) to check on an order that I have had no update on. I really wanted to love this company but an very displeased with customer service. I would not recommend this to any friend of mine!
