Extremely poor customer service! Multiple items went on sale prior to me receiving them in the mail and when I contacted customer service, they would make no consideration of price adjustment.

the toy is marvelous; it arrived on time and my granddaughter loves it. she plays on it every day and adjusted to it really quickly.

I had placed an order for 3 things for my grandson. The packages were delivered to the wrong address and it was not clear where the mistake was although the zipcode was correct. I may have put in the wrong street address. I told Maisonette about this problem and they were extremely helpful about tracking the package and communicating with me about the issues. The package was never found but they replaced all the pieces at no change! I am very impressed. I sent them a photo of my grandson happily playing with his new crocodile.

The customer care team responded to my inquiry very quickly, and acted promptly to resolve my issue. Thank you!!

We received a damaged product so we emailed photos. After over a week of back-n-forth and multiple emails they still have not replaced or returned the item for refund or replacement. Poor customer service--will not order from them again.

Maisonette poses as an upscale, boutique children’s company but are nothing but useless scammers. BUYER BEWARE! We purchased a ride-on car for our 2 year old daughter for over $400 that arrived broken and in pieces. After 2 weeks of back and forth emails with them, they refuse to refund us and are forcing us to deal directly with UPS. This is how they treat parents of small children! Do not buy from this company!

I bought a Princess Vanity from Maisonette a year ago March as a gift for a dear friend’s one year old. They decided to wait and open it just this month because their daughter was just too young. After the husband assembled it as best he could, they realized the vanity was missing two legs, the top shelf and two support parts for the shelf. Mind you this box was never opened prior to this month. After reaching out to Maisonette several times, sending them photos for proof, I always got the same rather canned response with a very cutesy way of telling me they needed to check with their vender. Well these emails went on for about ten days with absolutely no resolve. Any witted person could see they were just trying to wear me down, so I would simply go away. I even explained to them I TOO was a retailer and this was just not good customer relations. Again just getting the same emails always with a different person replying. I knew this was going nowhere. So I took the bull by the horns and reached out to the ACTUAL vender myself, explained my plight and they immediately began the process of figuring out exactly which product, and within days they emailed me and said they will replace the parts with free shipping. Maisonette should have been the one to handle this with the vender. Because I am a retailer, I knew how to go over Maisonette’s head and go directly to the vender for resolve. But the normal consumer may not have that knowledge to do this. BUYER BEWARE WITH THIS COMPANY! They are merely an online ordering platform that takes your order, then places your order with the actual manufacturer. And their shipping charges are per vender, so be aware of that! In other words, if you were to buy three items all from different manufacturers, each of those items will have their own shipping costs, since they are coming from three different places. Just use their website to “window-shop”, then find it elsewhere for a better price and trust me way better customer service!!
