I am thrilled with my purchases!
Ordering is easy and acknowledged quickly. Product selection cannot be beat. Customer Service is fast, efficient, so helpful! Shipping...done! Finally, the quality of the products I received surpasses all others. I am thrilled with my purchases. My only negative? The website listings load SO slowly on a tablet. Use a PC!!

Great customer service despite lost shipment
My shipment was lost/delayed so I was issued a full refund. The shipment arrived to late and the return process was convenient. Great costumer service reps!

Christmas pajamas
I purchased some Christmas pajamas for my grand daughter. They arrived and they were great, except I needed a larger size. I called customer service to help facilitate a return authorization and packing slip so I could return them for a larger size. The customer service rep was so helpful. When I get the correct size I know my granddaughter will love them.

Fast customer service
Fast customer service After receiving a broken component, I contacted customer service and they immediately took care of it. I only needed one small piece replaced but received a whole new toy kit within just a few days of contacting them. Great service

Good customer service
I placed an order in September and by October noticed it hadn’t arrived. I reached out and they were quick to identify the issue and work with the partner who sells the item to get it to me.
