MaisonetteReviews of maisonette.com

Quick reply and straight forward response to my question. Love maisonette and their customer service has always been very helpful and kind.

My experience was great

Customer service has been very responsive and helpful

First I found the Cody Foster product I was looking for and the price was the lowest after an extensive search. I asked a question about date of delivery and Maisonette quickly and accurately resolved it. Customer service was wonderful and their products are of high quality.

I had a problem with not receiving my whole delivery and customer service had it resolved by the next day!

I wish there was a way to give this company zero stars. Absolutely terrible. Ordered jewellery boxes for my two grandchildren. They were $50 and $60 and when they arrived, they looked like something from the dollar store. One was broken. After several back and forth, maisonette told me AFTER Christmas that they were having trouble getting in touch with the company that made the product. They then refunded my money with no explanation. One granddaughter got a cheap looking jewellery box, the other got a broken one. DO NOT ORDER FRON THIS COMPANY

I ordered 7 pajama sets for my grandchildren-they were absolutely adorable. I wrapped them all and gave them early so they could wear them Christmas Eve. One of the sets had the wrong sized pants, so I contacted Maisonette Customer Support and sent pictures as they asked for starting on 12/19/22. Today is the day before Christmas Eve and I received an email late this afternoon that they’d not received any response from me, which is not the case. So, in other words, my granddaughter will not have the pajamas i especially ordered in time for Christmas and apparently, my issue just wasn’t important enough to this company and therefore, nothing has been done to resolve this. To say I am disappointed would be an understatement. Their Christmas pajamas were adorable and I was so excited about giving them. I can understand people make mistakes and the wrong sizes can be sent out. But I contacted them in plenty of time for the mistake to be fixed. I don’t even think my order or issue was important enough for them to even read my replies to their email. All I can say is- if you have a very special gift that really matters- Maisonette won’t be the best place to order. My advice would be to keep scrolling onto a well-known company that you know will back up the products and services they are selling.

BEWARE! I ordered a kids play rug 3 weeks before Christmas and said it would be here the next week. 2 weeks later, they randomly cancelled my order and scheduled a refund for less than I spent. I emailed correcting them on the full amount, but we will see if the money ever shows up or if that will be cancelled too. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!
