I have ordered many things from Maisonette over the years and everything has been of excellent quality and I’d never had an issue. On my most recent order, one item was not shipped by mistake. I emailed to notify the team and they responded promptly with 2 terrific solutions, allowing me to choose. Their response to this problem really cemented the quality of Maisonette and I’ll continue shopping from them for years to come.

Emerald was amazing to handle my concerns with my packages that were not received but showing as delivered. Very friendly and prompt as she reached out the next day and let me know what happened. Great customer service.

Excellent Customer service by phone
I placed an online order for a kitchen and it was confirmed, but it had not shipped yet. I went back to the website and noticed that the kitchen was now out of stock. I was worried that I might not receive the item for my precious granddaughter, so I called customer service to check on my order. They reassured me that my order was processed, and I would receive the kitchen with no problem. The customer service representative was helpful, professional, and courteous.

I had a issue where fedex lost one of…
I had a issue where fedex lost one of my packages and only delivered 2/3. I immediately called Masionette customer service and they answered quickly and made a case. 2-3 days later they solved my issue and send me my package that was never delivered which was a kitchen play set and should be receiving on Dec.2. I am extremely satisfied and will definitely order from them again.
