When I had a payment issue, they quickly responded to my email with a call and resolved it. When I had issues with the chair I received they responded quickly to my emails, were very polite, and have offered to send me a replacement.

I ordered Steelcase Leap v2. It had couple issues so I was initially unhappy with the purchase, but when I reported the problem the customer service team was empathetic and promptly resolved it.

Ordered the chair on 13 Aug 2020 and 8 day later 21 Aug 2020 I received the chair. Great price, quality and service.

We submitted a large order with Madisonseating for our new office in Midtown Manhattan. The chairs were delivered quickly and in excellent condition. We got the AERON chair which i would strongly recommend. Sleek, professional and very comfortable. I would not think about going anywhere else for our future chair purchases.

Had been searching for a new office chair for a while, and my husband found the humanscale freedom task chair, good for us short people (I'm 5'4" and most chairs are uncomfortable). I then found a great price at Madison seating. The chair arrived in less than a week from the order date - box was not in great condition, and for some reason it had a piece of Staples tape. Nonetheless, in less than 5 minutes, the chair was assembled. I got the nice grey version, and I sat to try it out. Unfortunately there were a few defects, missing screws, and the lever didn't work to allow the seat height to adjust - so my dream of sitting comfortably at my desk for what has become 15 hour days during COVID was gone. It was a Sunday - called customer service and they understandably allowed me to leave a message. Monday - no return call, but the number then said to send an email. Email was sent, and again on Tuesday, with photos and an explanation. Someone got back to me the same day and offered a great resolution. I am very happy with the experience and look forward to receiving a replacement. Finally a company that believes in their guarantee.

Ordered a HumanScale chair and, as other people said, the price seemed too good to be true. But a friend I trust has made many purchases from this site so I gave it a try. After I placed my order I had a question — Madison Seating got back to me within 24 hours which was good. When I received the chair (in about 10 days, which was within their 10 - 15 days shipping standard), it had a broken part. I contacted them immediately and again they responded within 24 hours. I took off a star because of the broken part and also becuase their web site and packing slip say to call during customer service hours but the recording on the 800 number says to contact them via email, so that was frustrating. But overall pleased with their response time and how they said they would remedy the situation.

MadisonSeating customer service responded quickly to my inquiry to ensure I was satisfied with their product. Overall I believe the chair will perform well over extended periods of usage, compared to cheaper options. The initial order took 45 days to receive this chair after ordering. Also worth noting, these open box chairs are re-upholstered with a different fabric and foam than the OEM product.

I am overall pleased with my experience with madison seating and their support. I ordered a Leap V2 which was delayed a bit due to the coronavirus situation but this was communicated to me after I inquired about the order status. I received the chair shorty and the quality of the chair looked pretty new. I assembled the chair however I was unable to move the chair vertically, the issue seemed to be the chair cylinder. I contacted support that asked me to try to re-assemble the chair. After trying again the chair still did not move up and down. I was then send a replacement cylinder which also failed to vertically move the chair. So, the issue seems to be the chair itself. I am in the process of getting a replacement chair. My overall experience with their support has been pleasant, they have been pretty responsive and reasonable. I will update this review after receiving my replacement chair!
