I ordered a Think Chair. Upon delivery the chair was broken. Madison seating offered to send a new chair as a replacement. Positive customer service!!

Madison Seating has been an amazing partner for setting up two corporate offices in separate states! We appreciate getting an excellent product for a great price. Customer service has been great to work with -- clear communication and a resolution! We will be ordering more chairs!!

Beware, the positive reviews for this company are because they extort their customers in exchange for good reviews. This company sent me a chair with literally no packaging that was snapped in half by the time I received it. Besides the shipping damage the chair was in awful condition so I was happy to have the chance to return it. Unfortunately the return process was even worse than the shipping, Madison Seating demanded that I leave a 5 star review here before they would accept the return, despite them never providing me with a working product. I refused to leave a review that did not reflect my experience so I had to spend over a month arguing with them and threaten a credit card charge back before I got a refund. This is a highly unethical company selling poor quality products, do not order from them.

Their customer service is great! I received a beautiful dark blue Leap V2, but unfortunately one part of the plastic was broken in an un-repairable way. I'm not sure if this was due to shipping or not. After emailing them, I received a reply within an hour with a couple of options. After a few emails they have a replacement chair in the mail and ready to go! While I did receive a damaged product, they have made a great attempt to remedy the situation very quickly which I appreciate. Besides the broken part, the chair is actually very beautiful and clean. Looks brand new. If my replacement looks as good as this one, then I'll be absolutely thrilled! A++ Customer Service

They were extremely responsive to any questions and concerns I had about their chairs both before my purchase and after I received it. I am happy with how everything turned out. We bought 2 office chairs and one chair came damaged from shipping. They asked for pictures. Once those were sent they told me to keep the damaged chair and they would ship out a new one. Unfortunately the damaged chair is in the trash but they were easy to work with and a new chair is on the way.
