This app is just a trap to take your money. Without my knowledge,my son downloaded this app. I don't think he knew what he downloaded or he may not of even meant to actually download it at all. But apparently it's extremely easy to sign up for the free trial,it's deceptively easy. No filling anything out. Also it initially signs you up for the annual membership. Which I've never signed up for an annual app bc that's ridiculous and I don't even use my phone like that. I didn't even know until I was charged $63.59 that the app was even on my phone. So I immediately tried to figure out how to get in touch with customer service of Loona. So went to my Google subscriptions which is where any of the other paid apps I've used before were,but Loona wasn't there. So it was even more hidden then I realized at first. During the free trial,the app wasn't used at all. Not one time. It was accidentally installed and then never signed into again. I don't know how else to prove it was accidentally put on the phone. Now they refuse to refund the $63.59 Which by the way is the biggest rip off I've ever seen. There is nothing that app offers that is worth $65 dollars. They clearly do not care about their own customers or anyone else because charging that much for the app in the first place is insane. But the fact that the app wasn't used at all shows It wasn't intentionally installed. If I could give 0 stars I would. Bad customer service&bad policy's definitely equal a bad app.

I tried to cancel this subscription multiple times during the 7 day trial and apparently did not cancel it “enough?” Got charged $59.99 for a 3 month subscription when it says on their website you can gift a YEARLY subscription for the same price. I emailed them 3 hours after I was charged and was told that they had to deny my request for a refund (which I never directly asked for). I emailed them more to make sure that my subscription was canceled and to ask about the pricing discrepancies. Do NOT download this app. It honestly gave me nightmares instead of helping me sleep. Customer service is awful, no refunds, no reminder emails, cancellation and pricing are not clear.

I literally have never had any issues with billing like everyone says. If you download the app and look at what they say you are going to pay, that’s what you pay. I’ve unsubscribed and resubscribed multiple times, never the wrong amount charged. This app does wonders to calm my anxiety and just get my mind to focus on nothing but the current moment. The narrator has a perfect voice for the exercises and I look forward to doing these every day. It is almost like you enter your own space and escape normal life for just a few minutes. I receive personal counseling and am on medication for OCD/Anxiety and depression and can say this app has been a god send.

For me it's one of the best things to come along to help me get to sleep in a long time! It really helps my mind to settle down with it's soothing colors and the comforting voices of the narrator. I also like the large variety of Dreamscapes. I find myself looking forward to bedtime!

THIS COMPANY WILL STEAL FROM YOU! I had to give my credit card number for a “free” trial, which was supposed to end a week after I started the free trial. Instead of actually giving me a free trial, Loom charged me $59.99 immediately! When I contacted customer service, they refused to give me a refund because “refunds aren’t in their policy.” This company advertises a free trial but will not actually give you one and they WILL charge your card without your permission! Absolutely horrendous customer service and complete false advertising. DO NOT purchase this app unless you want to waste money!

I love the colours in my Sleepscapes, picked for me, based on my own preferences. Very pleasing and soothing, along with Hz planned music which helps so much in realigning my energies and cleaning up the Charkras. The Support Fairies 🧚‍♂️ have always been prompt and helpful, also giving me the feeling that no question is a dumb one... I take away a lot of inspiration and powerful positivity from the Affirmations as well as the music and stories, which I eagerly look forward to colouring when I get a quiet moment. Thank-you, Loòna! 🤗💜

This app is well worth the full year subscription. It's true that there is a trial period offered, but you might as well budget out for the app. I love the sleepscapes, particularly with a soothing narration by a fabulous voice actor. You can mix your own blend of sounds and Hz for your brain. The science is working on me, and the unwinding routine and wake up routine and alarm are very helpful. Just plan on paying for one year- perhaps pair it with a brain game app, too. You can soothe your brain 🧠 which is where your improved sleep habits pair up with your happier nervous system. You won't just magically start sleeping soundly bc that takes time. You have to put in the time to get the benefits of the app. If you don't want to pay for a year then you need to calendar the seven days trial period and follow up with the banking details. That is how it works.

I love this app, and how quickly they answered my question and listened to a suggestion I had and are looking into it. Thank you
