I have really enjoyed this app for a few years now. I have a monthly subscription, which I find very reasonable. The app has grown over the years and I love it even more and my price hasn’t changed. I find the entire app beautiful and mesmerizing! And recently I come across a slight problem and they were able to fix this without once making me feel like it was my fault!

I absolutely LOVE this app. I don't use it nearly as much as I would like, and I am still more than willing to continue my subscription (of which I've had for over a year). These people are doing an amazing job and I would consider this app a staple for people with sleep disorders like mine. There as never been one time I've used the app that it did not help me sleep quickly. The options are amazing. If I want, I can color a sleepscape with amazing visuals and lovely stories. They draw you in and put your mind at ease. Or if I'm looking for a more screenless aproach, they have warming stories or soothing music to help lull you to sleep. All of this is amazingly helpful if I'm having an anxiety problem as well! They have visuals, sounds, and descriptions from the narrators that are wonderful for grounding. I have had 2 instances where I encountered a bug/issue. I contacted support both times, and was met with a quick reply followed by quick fixes of my issues. I cannot recommend Loona enough, I am in LOVE <3

I've been using this app for the last two years and I love it! It's so relaxing that I frequently fall asleep before I even finish my sleepscape. I noticed that multiple users had an issue this month with their accounts being locked. I suspect it's due to the change in subscription model and early adopters/legacy accounts were mistakenly impacted. The support team immediately found a resolution for this issue and also reimbursed for the days I was locked out. I hope this isn't an issue again when it's time for my yearly subscription to bill. Anyhow, this app is amazing and I suggest it to anyone I know that has issues falling asleep. I typically do not spend much on apps whatsoever, but I plan to continue my subscription to Loona and/or become a lifetime subscriber. (Bonus: one narrator has the same voice as Ty Burrell! I really thought it was him initially! It's such a pleasure falling asleep to his soothing voice.)

I would be lost without Loona

I’m a longtime Loóna community member. It’s one of my favorite apps! Highly recommended. I recently had an issue with my subscription and customer support was very helpful and responsive in correcting the issue, they even gifted me a few additional days to enjoy my membership. Very pleased with the process, and the app!

i was having a login issue. they fixed my issues, made everything right, i missed having the app, so glad to have it back.

Amazing customer service and the app is outstanding with the visuals, stories, interactions, music, and dream AI interpretations.

AVOID this app at all costs. They will scam you. I attempted to sign up for their 7 day trial for one dollar, and they charged me $66 ! I contacted their customer support (which is only by email no other customer service contact methods) to notify them and after two days they sent me an auto response and they denied me a refund. I'll be pursuing this further with other avenues but really AVOID this app and do not give them your card information for a free/cheaper trial
