We would like to gently clarify that our standard warranty period is 60 days from the date of purchase. Under the name provided, we are able to locate an order from 2022, which would now be well outside of our warranty timeframe. In the past, we have occasionally offered repairs beyond warranty as a courtesy when possible. However, after several years of wear, certain repairs are no longer feasible depending on the condition of the piece and material integrity. Please know that this is not a reflection of unwillingness to help, but rather limitations in what can realistically be restored after extended use.
