I've ordered many items from this company and until today I was always happy. That changed this morning. I contacted them when they opened this morning about an item I ordered Friday evening when they were closed. I was told no changes could be made and the item was shipped. When was it shipped? They were closed when I ordered and they had only opened when I contacted them this morning.

Spent over $1000 on some rings but were wrong size. Sent back for resizing and it's been 2 months with no rings sent back and plenty of excuses. Bank refunded my money and I gave a glowing review on BBB.

I ordered the necklace with the three charms. It came in excellent condition in a timely manor and is quite lovely. My only complaint is that the clasp to open and close the necklace is so tiny that I haven't been able to get it on. I sent a request a few days ago asking if they would send a larger clasp and I will have it changed. I will see how long it takes for a response. Its only been a few days as of this writing. Also, I don't appreciate having something thats being sold every day in my email. I am going to try to unsubscribe.

My daughter ordered me a ring which was well over 100. Plus shipping...it came damaged, tarnished and nothing like the photo. After no response to several emails we called...poor customer service. Now we have had to pay an additional 25,00 to ship it back. I highly recommend that nobody orders from this company as they do not stand behind there product and customer service is poor

I have been trying for months to get off your contact list. Called today and was told I had to do it online which I have several times to no avail. So trying again ——- take My email address off your contact list. Why is this so difficult for this company. Was told to call, I did, was told to do it online, no results. REMOVE MY ADDRESS!!!!!!!!
