I have tried multiple times by email to get my missing ring. It appears to have gone to NJ. I’ve emailed and they say they can work on it but no update. I ordered this in June and it was sent to an old address instead of my home. I’m disappointed and would rather have the ring but would take a refund also. It’s now almost the end of October. I really like my necklace ordered in August and delivered in August to the correct address.

If 0 stars was an option that is what I would choose. I ordered a mothers ring in may 2024 my account was charged and I have not received my purchase. I have made multiple attempts via email and phone and get the same reply each time! Just saddens me how irresponsible a company can be. I have made a similar purchase In the past maybe 5 years ago and 0 issue why now? Even their website has no place for reviews etc what are they trying to hide

The photo on website was deceiving and I thought I was receiving the chain pictured as part of necklace. I have sent so many emails back and forth as they refuse to send me the correct chain, exchange or refund. I also had to wait for weeks for shipping without my messages or emails replied to. Quality of item and service is very poor!

I have ordered multiple items in the past with no issues. However, I purchased a neckless July 18, 2024 for $143.43 for an event in August. I still have not received it. I have emailed on two occasions asking for a refund and have not received a reply or confirmation of cancelation and money refunded. They took my money on July 18th and I have not received my item (which I no longer need or want) nor have I gotten my money back. I will never purchase products from Lisa Leonard Designs again. Looking at the reviews here it seems they are doing this to multiple people. Taking people's money and providing no goods or services and ignoring requests for refunds is stealing.

Order placed 6/24/24 - two charms and a cuff bracelet. Order still not received. Emails to Lisa Leonard go unanswered, they don't answer phone and their chat feature doesn't work. I have been a long time customer and will not order or recommend them again. To say I am frustrated is an understatement!

Texting and not sending a valid email address has got this buyer so frustrated. One piece of jewelry is beautiful and the other piece looks cheap and not up to Lisa’s standards. I have sent photos over and over. It took over 2 months to receive the order and now that it came in it is not gift worthy, Ugh!

I ordered and paid for 3 rings for my wife's birthday, but only received 1. I ordered the rings almost 4 weeks before her birthday and they still arrived late. It took over a month to receive it and it wasn't even the complete order. The ring looks like it came from China in terms of quality. The communication and complete experience has been terrible.

Update: after posting this review the company reached out to me and are making me a new chain and replacing the charm that was lost! So while communication has been difficult I’m glad they are making it right! My husband order me a necklace with charms for Mother’s Day. The clasp broke right away. My husband tried fixing it and ai kept wearing it only to keep having it break without me pulling on it all. Unfortunately, the last time it broke I lost one of the charms so I haven’t worn it since. I have tried calling and emailing several times with no success. I only keep getting the same automatic reply that they will respond in 2 to 4 business days. My husband paid over $250 for this necklace that ai can no longer wear! I am very disappointed and would not recommend them.
