Hi there, Thank you so much for your feedback—we're truly sorry for any confusion or concern. We want to reassure you that all of our sterling silver pieces are made from genuine .925 silver. In rare cases, the 925 stamp may be missing due to human error, as each piece is hand-stamped individually. Whenever this happens, we’re more than happy to send a replacement. We also see that one of our team members has already assisted you and that a refund was issued. We hope everything has been resolved to your satisfaction, and if there's anything else we can do, please don’t hesitate to reach out at [email protected] 💛 The Lisa Leonard Team

Hi Sue, Thank you for sharing your experience, and we’re truly sorry for the delay and any confusion caused. We want to clarify that all of our jewelry is custom made, and as noted on our website, production typically takes between 1 to 3 weeks before shipping. That said, we’re very sorry to hear that your order took longer than expected, and we completely understand how frustrating it must have been—especially when it was intended as a gift. We’re glad to hear that it has arrived, and we hope you’re happy with the piece. If there’s anything else we can do to help, please feel free to reach out to us at [email protected] . We're always here for you ❤️ 🧡❤️ 🧡 Lisa Leonard CS Team
