Horrible customer service!!
Horrible customer service!!! I bought the gold plated ring 2 months ago with my daughter’s name on it. I didn’t start wearing it until recently because we were keeping her name a surprise. I wore it for 24 hours and the ring is so tarnished. It looks horrible. I reached out to customer service to tell them my story and what happened and they wouldn’t do anything or replace it. I was so disappointed. They only offered me discounts that were less than what I could find on their website. I was shocked that they wouldn’t just own up to it and replace the ring for me. Very poor customer service! Don’t waste your money on the gold plated ring!

LLD is a Smart Choice!
I have purchased multiple items over the years from jewelry to nativity scene pieces to ornaments and have never been disappointed. The designs and quality are amazing! I trust LLD.

Never Again!
I ordered 3 pieces of jewelry - 1 by mistake - and in the moment of completing the order, and realizing my mistake, I contacted customer service to cancel the extra piece. Their response was that the order was "too far along in the process." Ridiculous!! I contacted them in the moment of ordering!! After several back and forth emails, I was told that I could pay for return shipping and receive an 80% of the value gift card. I had been a repeat customer, but no more! Customer Service is awful and essentially lies.

Don’t buy anything from this company
Don’t buy anything from this company! Their jewelry is WAY overpriced for the cheap crap you’ll receive. They won’t refund your money either, just exchange one crappy piece of overpriced jewelry for another. I saw it on Etsy and thought the jewelry looked great, but it’s poorly made. Don’t be fooled like I was. Per their response and to be clear, I’m not upset they sent the wrong jewelry as they stated in their comment, that’s a mistake and not a big deal, I’m upset by the high price and cheap product they provide.

Repeat customer will be back for more...
I have purchased products multiple times from LLD (full nativity and many Christmas Village products) and have always been happy with the products. More important is that my wife has always been happy with them :-)

Terrible quality
Terrible quality! 2 stones fell out of my birthstone ring in the first month and nothing was done to replace it and poor customer service. Don't bother wasting your money.

Lovely pendant.
I was extremely pleased with my customized pendant. The design is nicely crafted and very pretty. It didn’t take long to receive it. I would highly recommend this business and products.
